The Fall/Winter EQUIP! will focus on the Holy Spirit. A primary book used for the study is Jack Cottrell’s “The Holy Spirit: A Biblical Study” published by College Press. This series will finish the 2024 Small Groups. The format will include a Wednesday night presentation with a Small Group study provided for Small Groups. They are encouraged to meet over the next six (6)
days to dive deeper with discussion and application.
DISCOVERING YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION: THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Scripture says the Holy Spirit is our “Counselor” and “Advocate.” The Holy Spirit is mentioned in many circles yet often in contradictory ways. Who is the Holy Spirit and what is His ministry? All the special studies are related to the Holy Spirit in some direct or indirect ways, from the bible’s infallibility and inerrancy to cults claiming the Holy Spirit (God) revealed to me his message (contradictory to Scripture).
Our prayer for this series is God will be honored and his people EQUIP! as we DISCOVER OUR CLOSEST COMPANION, the Holy Spirit.
